Hearings for Brendan Banfield and his former au pair, Juliana Peres Magalhães, were held Thursday in the same Fairfax County courtroom.

Virginia police say Brandon Banfield was having an affair with his Brazilian nanny at the time of the double murder involving his wife.

The trial for Brendan Banfield, a Virginia man accused of killing his wife and another man at the married couple's Fairfax County home, has been scheduled for Feb. 3, 2025.
