WINDER, Ga. — Hundreds of people gathered for the funeral of 14-year-old Christian Angulo, who was one of four people killed in a shooting at Apalachee High School earlier this month. Angulo was among four people who died in the tragedy on Sept. 4.

Roughly 600 mourners honored 14-year-old Christian Angulo during a funeral mass at St. Matthew Catholic Church in Winder, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. He was among two students and two teachers killed Sept. 4 at Apalachee High School by a student armed with an assault-style rifle. Another teacher and eight other students were injured.

The turnout for the service at Saint Matthew Catholic Church in Winder was so large that the parking lot overflowed.

Family and friends said their final goodbye to one of the Apalachee High School shooting victims Friday. Funeral services for Christian Angulo were held at St. Matthew Catholic Church in Winder. A miles-long procession could be seen outside the church honoring the 14-year-old’s life.
