It might be early, but Black Friday desktop PC deals have begun. Some retailers have already launched early deals on everything from home office computers to gaming PCs to all-in-ones. Practically every retailer is pushing its Black Friday deals right now. Normally, I'd recommend people wait till Thanksgiving Week to make any big purchases, but this year I'm telling friends and family to start their holiday shopping now.
